MONITORING AND EVALUATION (M&E) OFFICER
ROLE DESCRIPTION |

- Lead the design of the M&E framework for CDI, including identifying and monitoring key performance indicators for the organisation, and produce a CDI-wide M&E report
- Liaise with CDI alumni and industry expert contacts, who can provide assistance in the design and/or implementation of the M&E framework
- To train (Lent term) and then lead (summer) a team of designated M&E Project volunteers in carrying out M&E for CDI’s projects and producing project specific M&E reports at the end of the summer
- Aid the Kite DS in setting up their own M&E practices

- Leading a team of dedicated volunteer impact evaluators in carrying out M&E practices for their projects
- Working closely with the Kite DS committee to finalise project monitoring practices in Tanzania

- Attend full committee meetings and meetings with the Director and/or Deputy Directors
- Strategy and planning for the summer trip
- Lead training session for volunteers

- Work in collaboration with Kite Publicity Officer
- Create centralised reports on volunteer development
- Co-leading cross-cultural team of M&E volunteers
